We do not recommend services for which you are required to make payment

Hi, my name is Janey Wood and I’m the managing director here at GHT.

The most common issue we deal with on a daily basis is peoples concern that us making contact with them might be a scam.

We make every possible effort to reassure our pension members that we don’t require anything from them but understandably there can still be concerns.

Our company started out providing family history services to the public and we quickly built a network of researchers and genealogists capable of finding people with limited information available and in far flung places.

We’ve since grown to become a trusted partner too many pension companies, trustees and administrators. We are trusted because we are 100% ethical and we never compromise you our customer.

One of the best parts of working for GHT is that we are always the bearer of good news, we just want to reconnect you to money that belongs to you

If you have any suggestions as to how we can further offer reassurance when making contact I would love to hear your thoughts. You can contact me here.

Take care,

Janey

Finding your pensions

The free Gov.uk Pension Tracing Service will find you the contact details needed to start your search. However, it won't be able to tell you whether you have a pension or what its value is.

Finding your pensions II

The Pensions Advisory Service is another free service with a pension tracing tool, but again it warns that it may struggle to help if you're unable to provide key details.

Women missing out - WASPI

The WASPI Campaign is fighting for justice for all women born in the 1950s (on or after 6th April 1950 to 5th April 1960) affected by the changes to the State Pension Age (SPA). WASPI is not against equalisation, but we do not accept the unfair way the changes to our SPA were implemented with inadequate or no notice.

Lasting Power of attorney

There are a number of reasons why you might need someone to make decisions for you or act on your behalf: This could just be a temporary situation: for example, if you're in hospital and need help with everyday tasks such as paying bills. You may need to make longer-term plans if, for example, you have been diagnosed with dementia and you may lose the mental capacity to make your own decisions in the future.
